Our simple terms

What you are buying

A purchase pays for one short message to be displayed at one spot on the artwork. It is a display service only — you do not own the spot, the artwork, or any part of this website.

Display period

Approved messages remain displayed for at least 5 years from the date of approval, for as long as the site operates. This is a minimum display commitment, not a permanent or lifetime guarantee. We may remove a message earlier only if it is later found to break the content rules below.

Content & moderation

Messages must be positive, kind and up to 150 characters. No hate, harassment, personal data, links or advertising. A person reviews every message before it appears.

Refunds

If we reject your paid message, it is never displayed, the spot is released, and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Approved messages are non-refundable once revealed. For payment problems, contact our support team within 14 days.

Privacy

Your email is used only for your payment confirmation and personal link. It is never shown publicly or sold. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we never see your card details.
